Co-founders Neil and Claudia Fusedale started the business with a straightforward conviction: clients deserve a clearing and forwarding agent who takes personal responsibility for their cargo. That principle still shapes every shipment we handle.

Today we combine that hands-on approach with modern customs software, EDI compliance, and integrated tracking systems — giving clients the accuracy of a large agency with the accountability of a small team. We are a SARS-certified Authorised Economic Operator, which reflects the standard of compliance we hold ourselves to.

Claudia co-founded the business alongside Neil and plays a key role in the strategic direction and growth of RWCF, bringing a sharp eye for detail and client relationships.
